Today I have the pleasure of introducing my friend, Rosalia Rivera, Consent Educator, and Sexual Literacy Advocate. She works with parents (especially survivors) teaching them how to educate their kids on body safety, boundaries, and consent so that they can prevent abuse and break cycles.
We talk about consent-based parenting, the importance of teaching consent to children, and basically the importance of teaching our kids that their bodies belong to them.

Today I have the honor of interviewing an amazing woman who happens to be one of my favorite IG accounts; Katie Crosby, Pediatric OTRL. Every time I need help with my child I look up for info regarding wellbeing and connection with him within her posts! She specializes in teaching through play and her purpose is to help others feel more grounded so that they in turn can be better connected and more compassionate.
In today’s conversation, she gives amazing insight and very helpful information regarding attunement, connection, and the importance of regulation for adults and learning how to regulate ourselves and teach our children.

Continuing with our second season, I am excited to introduce you to Jacqueline Kincer an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a CSOM (Certified Specialist in Orofacial Myology) and host of the podcast The Breastfeeding Talk.
I am excited to talk to Jacqueline about this very important topic; because building resiliency during breastfeeding is crucial. Besides giving us amazing information about the breastfeeding journey, she reminds us of how important it is to reach out for support during this journey.
