- A new format where there will no longer be recorded seasons on specific topics. I am now transitioning to episodes based on the needs of our community and exploring ways to help build resiliency in our lives.

I also wanted to share some amazing news: Baby Luna was born in May! Our son started school and is doing distance learning. Among other things I have learned to implement some techniques that I share with you, and have helped me stay regulated during this time.
