22. Reconnecting with our Soul's Desired and Gifts Pt. 3

Welcome to Pt. 3 of the series about reconnecting with our souls’ desires and gifts on the ‘Licensed Psychologist, Now What?’ Podcast! Today I am sharing the HOW. After getting out what was in the way and finding out what our gifts are we will now talk about practices and ways to remember and reclaim these gifts.

Some ways to reconnect and remember our MEDICINAS are:

  •  Through meditation. If you have a hard time with meditation, please check out Episode 74 (Mental Health Respite, a Coping Skills Experiential Episode) of my other podcast, 'The Beyond Resilience Life', where I share a guided meditation.
  •  Ancestral practices; finding out about our lineage or exploring where we come from.
  •  Resting
  •  Movement
  •  Healing practices like therapy or journaling.

Within these are so many different options and the most important thing is to choose the ones we enjoy so we can really put them into action.

(If you are following the free PDF, the previous prompts start on pg. 7)
