20. Reconnecting with our Soul's Desired and Gifts Pt. 1
Today on ‘Licensed Psychologist, Now What?’ Podcast I am presenting you a three-part series where I talk about my experience in reconnecting with the gifts and desires that drive our Soul. Pt. 1 is about finding what gets in the way because if we can’t clear out the things that get in the way of finding what our soul desires it is going to be a lot harder to find or reclaim our gifts/medicine or how I like to call it, your medicinas.
We start with an assessment and some of the questions I ask are:
- Where do you come from? Who are your ancestors? What land do you come from? What is your lineage?
- How do my ancestors' influences impact my soul’s desires?
- When I think of my gifts/medicina, what comes to mind?
