You'll learn a simple trick to assess your level of distress and ability to manage your emotions, in order to determine the next course of action.

Skills for when you're going to lose it

You will learn simple skills to do when you feel like you're out of control and/or you're going to lose it.

Use your 5 Senses

You'll explore and identify things via your senses that provide you a sense of comfort.

Social Support

You will explore your social support network and will identify who you can seek support depending on your emotional state.
