Important: This program recognizes and provides a safe enough and courageous space for exploring and discussing the implications systems of oppression, privilege, traumas (including generational), current stressors and more have on us and on our businesses; especially what we have internalized. This body of work is mostly geared toward women and femmes that come from communities that have been minoritized but welcome White women that not only recognize these systems of oppression and how they continue to harm bodies of color and communities that have been minoritized but also are doing the work to recognize their biases and to dismantle it.
