A Little about Asha:

Asha Frost is an Indigenous (Ojibwe) Medicine Person, mentor, space holder and seer. She is also an International Best Seller Author - You Are The Medicine. Her life work is to help you to connect to the medicine that has always been within you. She grew up on and currently lives on Anishinaabe, Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee land. Her maternal and paternal lineage and relatives originate from many First Nations across Ontario, Canada (Turtle Island). She is from Crane Clan (Aji-jaak Dodem) and holds membership at Neyaashiinigmiig (Cape Croker) First Nation.

A little about Dra. Lydiana:

Dra. Lydiana is a Boricua intuitive psychologist, healer, space holder and seer. She is also the host of the podcasts: The Beyond Resilience Life (bilingual English/Spanish) and Licensed Psychologist, Now What?. Her lineage includes natives from Borikén, European descendant (mostly Spaniards that came and colonized Borikén), and Africans that were brought to Borikén for slavery. Relearning the history of her people is a current passion of hers, as well as reclaiming her gifts and medicinas, and helping others do it as well.
