I WANT IN!

No more hustle, being in hypervigilance, and in a go-go/busy mode.

It is time to finally rest and enjoy the fruits of your (and your ancestors) labor.

Your ancestors would be so happy and proud to see how their sacrifices were not in vain, and how finally you are healing, and thus they are receiving the healing, as well as the future generations.

We cannot thrive and live a life of purpose when we continue to clench into our survival mode behaviors.

Being in survival is robbing you of enjoying the present and feeling the support that is already there. It keeps you believing and acting as if everything is a danger, therefore perpetuating cycles of being in a fight, flee or freeze response.

But the time is here, beloveds, to take back our power and start enjoying the fruits of our labor, and of all the ones that paved our way so we can rest.

Problems will still arise, global issues will continue to happen, injustices will continue to be rampant… But you cannot continue to assume that functioning out of survival is going to help you change the world and others. The results will be temporary, as well as your ability to do so.

Being in survival mode was meant for brief periods of time, and then followed up with periods of rest and restoration.

Though our culture has become accustomed to not even knowing what rest and restoration really are.

But it ends right now! It ends with you!

You are the change you keep looking for. When you change, everything else does. Even if it’s little by little, the ripple effects can be felt for centuries to come.

I see you connecting with the ever-present support that is available to you at all times.

I see you resting and enjoying doing nothing.

I see you indulging in hobbies and activities you’ve been wanting to do.

I see you developing and fostering deep connections with loved ones.

I see you dancing.

I see you laughing hysterically until you start crying.

I see you enjoying the pleasure and in ecstasy.

Ultimately, I see you.

If you’re still reading this, I believe you are receiving the call to thrive. Will you answer the call? I truly hope so.

I WANT IN!

What the mentorship includes:

The vision is for it to be divided quarterly by focusing on a single theme that will help you in your journey of thriving.

In each quarter, we will focus on a theme that will foster and support your journey to unlearn being in survival following the AURA methodology. This methodology will be integrated into the initial 2.5 hrs experiential workshop to help you reflect on the factors that perpetuate staying in survival mode, start the journey of unlearning and removing the factors that are no longer serving you, and learning new habits and skills that will help you reorient to safety and thriving. The 2 follow-up group calls and recorded modules will assist you in the journey by providing you with practical and easy-to-apply habits and skills, providing accountability and support. You will also meet others that are on the same journey to offer you the support needed to practice the skills.

The methodology is based on these 3 phases (AURA):

  • Awareness. A deep dive reflection of the factors that perpetuate staying in survival mode.
  • Unlearn and Remove the factors that are no longer serving you.
  • Learn and Apply new habits and skills that will help you reorient to safety and thriving.

First quarter theme:

Grounding and mindfulness skills to reorient to present and safety

It runs from January 21st through March 18th

It includes:

  • Live Calls:
    • Saturday, January 21st at 10 am EST - 2.5 hours experiential workshop
    • Saturday, February 18th at 10 am EST - Group Coaching Call
    • Saturday, March 18th at 10 am EST - Group Coaching Call

Hi, I’m Dra. Lydiana, your mentor and guide!

I’m a psychologist and coach with over 14 years of experience helping folx heal from trauma patterns, accepting what is, connecting with their authentic self, managing and coping with their triggers and reactions, building soul-led businesses, and healing intergenerational traumas.

I believe that the change starts with us, and part of my mission is to redirect you to your infinite wisdom to help you make better-informed decisions and reclaim and reconnect with your purpose.

I am a forever optimist and I see the good and potential in mostly everything.

You can count on me to see you, the whole you, and to support you in your journey; while taking into consideration how traumas and systems of oppression continue to impact you and the World.

I cannot wait to have you and to assist you in your journey.

This is for folx that:

  1. Have their basic needs (food, housing, safety, finances) met, and are not in a life-threatening survival situation.
  2. Are ready to unlearn the patterns that keep them in survival mode.
  3. Are eager to learn to finally rest and be in the present.
  4. Recognize that marginalized communities continue to be oppressed and harmed, and have done work on anti-racism, decolonization, and other ways to minimize harm to those that continue to be oppressed.
  5. Have basic skills to help them manage their triggers and these reactions are not interfering with their daily lives.

This is not for folx that:

  1. Are currently experiencing hardships and don’t have their basic needs fulfilled (food, housing, safety, finances); it is recommended that if you’re experiencing this, you contact your local social services agency for resources.
  2. Are not willing to have a neutral view of how they are benefiting from staying in survival mode, beyond being in a life-threatening situation.
  3. Don’t want to learn skills to tolerate uncomfortable sensations in order to experience being in the present mode.
  4. Believe that we are all equal and there is no systemic oppression of marginalized communities - including but not limited to those marginalized by factors like race, wealth, immigration status, ability, and sexual orientation/gender.
  5. Have triggers and reactions that are getting in the way of their daily lives (work, sleep, communicating with others) and are not managed well.
